Advantages and Disadvantages in eating raw Eggs

Raw eggs have a lot of nutrition (mostly in the yolk) that is lost in the cooking process. The risk of salmonella is fairly small. I would suggest for consuming raw eggs using only organic free range poultry eggs that are free of cracks. Wash the egg shells with vinegar right before cracking.

You can eat the whole eggs raw, you can eat the yolks raw, but do not eat the egg whites only raw (they bind to vitamins but the yolk has plenty of the vitamin to neutralize this reaction).

Eating cholesterol won’t give you cholesterol, that is a myth.
